3. Quotes, Orders & Contract

  • Quotes valid for 10 days.
  • Contract starts after email confirmation.
  • Promotions can’t be combined unless stated.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payments

  • Prices in CAD, taxes extra unless shown.
  • 60% upfront, 40% before dispatch.
  • Credit card fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We can offset refunds against any dues.

5. Artwork & Content You Provide

By uploading designs, you confirm:

  • You own or are allowed to use them.
  • They’re legal, appropriate, and not offensive.
  • You allow us to use them for:
    • Production
    • Team training
    • Marketing (unless you opt out)

You take legal responsibility for your content.

6. Production, Proofs & Colours

  • If sizing/placement is unspecified, we use standard practices.
  • Minor variations in color and size may occur.
  • Issues must be reported within 30 days with photos.

7. Shipping & Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates.
  • Delays due to courier, weather, customs etc. are not our liability.
  • Check your items within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • Custom items are non-refundable after proof approval and payment.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All site content belongs to us or our partners.
  • You cannot resell, replicate, or misuse it without permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Commit fraud or mislead
  • Hack or exploit the site
  • Violate trade/export laws

We reserve the right to block or cancel orders.
