1. Payment Methods
    We accept the following payment methods: Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard),Bank to Bank Transfer.
  2. Billing and Payment
    60 percent  payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Orders will not be shipped until payment is successfully processed. 40 percent can be sent after delivery.
  3. Pricing
    Prices listed on our website are in CAD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be the final price.
  4. Invoices and Receipts
    Upon successful payment, an electronic receipt will be emailed to the registered email address. You may also access your receipts via your account on our website.
  5. Payment Failures
    If a payment fails, we will notify you and request that you update your payment information. We will start the process only after successful payment.
  6. Refunds,Compensation and Chargebacks
    Refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.
